  • Can I book an appointment online?

    Yes, you can request an appointment using the online form on this page. If your pet needs urgent care or tf you are unsure about the symptoms, please call us.

  • Can I book an appointment using WhatsApp?

    Yes, you can use WhatsApp to request a routine appointment. In an emergency, or if you are unsure about your pet’s symptoms, please call us instead.

  • Do I need to call to book an operation or a procedure under anaesthesia?

    Yes. To book an operation, dental treatment or any other procedure requiring anaesthesia, please contact us by phone.

  • How much notice do I need to give to cancel my appointment?

    Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

  • What happens if I miss my appointment?

    If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we charge a no-show fee of €53.00.
